A married couple are being shown around a home they are thinking about buying. They met the contractor building the home in front. As the contractor begins to show them the living room, he looks out the window and yells, "Green side up!"
The couple thought that was a bit odd, but they liked the living room, and wanted to see more. The contractor takes the couple into the kitchen and while they are looking around, he looks out the window and yells, "Green side up!"
At this point they were beginning to think that the contractor was nuts, but liked the kitchen and living room, so they decided to continue the tour. The contractor takes them into the master bedroom, and while they are looking around, he looks out the window and yells, "Green side up!"
After the third time, the husband gets curious, and asks the contractor, "Why do you keep yelling green side up out the window?"
The contractor replies, "Oh, I have blondes laying sod outside."
